MultiIP is designed around one continuous path: start from one idea, shape it in Setup, generate outputs in Matrix, and continue into guided planning in Marketing Lab.
- Create or select personas in Identity Vault.
- Enter a source idea and choose the active personas for this run.
- Use Tailor Matrix to generate platform-ready outputs by persona.
- Polish the result, continue, or move it into the next planning step.
How credits work
Credits are shared across MultiIP surfaces. Matrix generation and Marketing Lab both draw from the same credit balance, so usage stays simple and visible.
- Text generation: 1 credit per selected persona.
- Image generation: 5 credits per selected persona.
- Polish actions count as one additional text generation.
What to remember
Plan management only becomes relevant when you need more scale, more credits, or broader access.
- Subscription plans add credits on each billing cycle.
- One-time credit packs add to your current balance.
- Marketing Lab uses the same shared product credit system.
