Billing Policy
This page explains how trial entry, subscriptions, credits, renewals, and cancellation are handled in MultiIP.
Trial Entry
MultiIP uses a lightweight trial-first entry flow. Users should be able to start through /start and enter the product before billing becomes the primary decision.
Subscriptions and Credits
Plans, credits, upgrades, and ongoing usage are managed through the dedicated billing surface. Marketing Lab uses the same product credit system rather than a separate subscription tier.
Material Library Capacity
Material Library is text-only storage. Capacity is plan-based. When capacity is full, the system keeps the newest text and automatically evicts the oldest items.
Cancellations and Renewals
When supported by the billing provider, cancellations are applied at period end unless an explicit exception is provided. Renewal timing depends on the active subscription source and billing cycle.
Refund Requests
Refund handling should follow the current subscription source, payment provider policies, and local legal obligations. If you need help, contact support before assuming an immediate refund path.
