How plans work in MultiIP
Credits are consumed by output volume. Text generation costs 1 credit per selected IP, while image generation costs 5 credits per selected IP.
Marketing Lab
Marketing Lab uses the same credit balance. It is part of MultiIP, not a separate subscription product.
Plans and packs
Subscriptions set recurring credit supply and plan limits. One-time credit packs add extra balance without changing the base plan.
Material Library Capacity
Material Library stores text only. Each plan has item and byte caps. When full, the newest text is saved and the oldest text item is evicted automatically.
Portrait Generation Entitlement
Portrait-based generation is available on paid plans only. Creator includes Standard Portrait (1 frontal photo). Pro and Agency include High Fidelity with frontal + optional side profile.

How credits are consumed
Text generation costs 1 credit per selected IP. Image generation costs 5 credits per selected IP. Refine counts as one text generation.
How subscription trial works
Your first eligible subscription starts with a 7-day trial, 50 initial credits, and IP limit 10. Trial is tied to subscription checkout (not a standalone plan).
How monthly subscription credits work
At each billing cycle start, monthly credits are added to your balance. Credits are additive and not replaced.
How text library capacity works
Text-only storage is plan-based. Trial/non-active: 100 items, 200KB total, 4KB/item. Creator: 400 items, 1MB total, 6KB/item. Pro: 1500 items, 4MB total, 10KB/item. Agency: 8000 items, 24MB total, 32KB/item. When full, oldest items are removed automatically before saving new text.
How portrait upload works by plan
Portrait upload is managed in Account > My Portrait. Free/trial: unavailable. Creator: Standard Portrait with 1 frontal photo. Pro/Agency: High Fidelity with up to 2 photos (frontal + optional side profile). Users can replace or delete photos at any time.
