MultiIP Terms of Service

By accessing or using MultiIP, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the service.
2. Description of Service
MultiIP provides AI-assisted multi-platform content generation, persona-based formatting, and credit-based or subscription-based usage (where applicable).
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining account security, all activity under your account, and ensuring lawful use.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit.
You grant MultiIP a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for providing the service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not violate applicable laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or breach platform policies.
5. AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or resemble existing works.
You must independently review output before publication.
MultiIP does not guarantee accuracy, originality, or compliance with third-party platform rules.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to reverse engineer system routing, circumvent quota or billing systems, or abuse AI endpoints.
Violation may result in suspension or termination.
7. Payments & Billing
If paid plans are enabled, fees are billed in advance.
Credits may expire under plan terms.
Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable laws and relevant billing platform policies.
8. Service Dependency
MultiIP relies on third-party AI providers and infrastructure.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of external services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under the laws of Hong Kong, MultiIP is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the service.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aura Motion Group Limited from claims arising out of your use of the service.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
12. Electronic Communications
You agree that electronic communications and records satisfy legal requirements for written communication under applicable Hong Kong law.
